11:02:38 AM Commissioner Murdock I move that we for the purpose of several public hearings and I don't have a date for a final decision yet but starting next week and continuing for several more weeks, at least a month, I move that we propose an impact fee of the maximum amount for residential homes in the study reduced by exactly 30% and zero for the rest. And direct ask the Impact Fee Committee to work on an appeal process and alternative methodologies if such exist with the business community for possibly a different commercial rate.
